Individual Registration - ALREADY ON A TEAM

This registration is for players who know what team they are playing on. You may only do this after your captain has registered your team. If they have NOT registered yet, you will be unable to select the team you are on.

If you are NOT on a team, please go back and select INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION without a team. Thanks!
