HOW DO I JOIN THIS LEAGUE AS A SINGLE WITH NO TEAM?

1. After you register, we sort you into your preferred tiers which you'll have stated in your registration. When any captain who has registered a team contacts the league and says we have X number of spots on our team, we forward your contact information and the captain contacts you directly. If we get several requests in your desired tiers, we send your info to several captains. 

2. We have enough players to form a "singles" team, a team made up from individual registrations (or groups of friends). The league will contact you if we get to a critical number to form a team. We will honor player partner requests.

3. You hear nothing leading up to the start of the season meaning the teams needing players have filled up and we didn't get enough players in your desired tier range to form a team. We keep your name on the waitlist as captains are collecting payments, they often have people drop out late.

DETAILS:

• minimum 25+ games
• games can be any night of the week at any arena in the greater Victoria area (except Oak Bay and UVic)
• games are approximately 1/week. Can be more or less depending on long weekends and other factors.
• approx. 2/3 of the games will be 10pm or later
• full gear is required including half or full face protection
• singles team includes TWO new jerseys (light and dark) that you keep after the season is complete

If you are registering with friends, please include their names. 

Be accurate with your skill/experience and your desired level of competition so can match you with teams that are looking to fill roster spots. If there are enough single registrants at particular skill level, there is a possibility the league will form a team of single registrants to join the league part-way through the season.
